At Vivid Print, we’ve made the job of printing academic posters easy and stress free. Simply create your poster using Powerpoint, Keynote, Pages, Illustrator, Photoshop or Publisher and upload your file - we’ll take care of the rest!

With Vivid, there are no print service fees, analyst charges or drivers to download. To top it all off, when submitting a speedcode or paying in advance, your poster is delivered right to your office or lab, free of charge.

ACADEMIC PRICING
Student Matte $2.50/sq ft
Student Satin  $5.00/sq ft

Pricing is per square foot plus wastage. We print on rolls 24, 36 and 60 inches wide with about a .5” unprintable edge. Minimum charge is $15 on matte (bond) and $20 on satin, per piece. See the above academic price guide. We certainly do customs sizes.

Our pricing is based on print-ready artwork. Your file must be setup at 100% and follow our tech specs.

You must be a staff member or currently registered student of one of the following institutions: University of Alberta, MacEwan, NAIT, Alberta Health Services, Alberta Cancer Board and Edmonton Public Schools. Print must be for academic purposes only.

Satin is recommended for pieces with full ink coverage and when drymounting.

Colour test strip  $5 (student paper)
Laminating  (matte/satin) $5/sq foot
Drymounting  $5/sq ft for 3/16” fomecor or $8/sq ft for 3/8”
Design $18.75/quarter hour
Delivery U of A Campus/Alberta Health Services  Free
Delivery Metro Edmonton  $10/address
Rush  $20/piece, subject to availability, and must be picked up at Vivid  Whyte Ave

Same-day = submit your file before 10am weekdays and your print will be ready that same day after 5pm

After 10am is considered to have met the following day’s deadline.

* You will be contacted via email as soon as your prints are ready. Allow an extra day for each of any of the following: estimating, design, production, laminating, mounting, proofing or delivery.*

UofA/AHS Campus Delivery
Next-day = submit your file before 10am weekdays and it will be delivered the next week day after 2pm to labs or offices. So allow an additional day for poster delivery. Speedcode or pre-payment is required if delivery to campus is chosen.

PAYMENT
We accept cash, debit, visa and mc. We take U of A Speedcodes like a Purchase Order. Therefore, you are required to submit our invoice to your department. Speedcode or pre-payment is required if delivery to campus is chosen.
