If your file is large, the uploading process can take several minutes. Please be patient for the upload confirmation page. If you have more than one file, then place them in a folder and compress/zip the folder before submitting.
You are required to read through the Academic Terms + Conditions HERE before submitting files as well as the Tech Specs HERE.
* You will be contacted by email as soon as your prints are ready. Allow an extra day for each of any of the following: estimating, design, production, laminating, mounting, proofing or delivery.*
* If your piece has
full ink coverage, you must choose satin *
* If using the old U of A logo placed in InDesign or Illustrator, ensure you’ve rasterized it (or it will print pink)*
* Wait for the confirmation page when uploading. You will NOT receive a confirmation email as well *
* As soon as your piece is ready, you will then receive an email *
